3. Courses and access
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course material for your own learning. We may update or improve content over time.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. For live cohorts, refunds are available before the second live session. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not share or resell course materials or critique sessions.
- Do not engage in harassment or disruptive behavior in live sessions or community spaces.
- Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or copy-protection.
6. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Spaiview Atelier or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute course materials without permission.
7. Disclaimers
We provide educational content “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes or professional opportunities.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims related to the services shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the services.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be published here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use indicates acceptance.
